Argyll and Bute Council’s Financial Services Department are seeking an Office Assistant within the General Office based in Kintyre House, Campbeltown. This is a temporary part time post until 30 April 2027, working 17.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 12.30pm. Please note this post is office based in Campbeltown and cannot be carried out remotely.
You will be responsible for dealing with the incoming and outgoing mail at Kintyre House and provide support with scanning and indexing tasks during staff absences and peak periods. Additionally, you will carry out duties in the absence of the General Office Supervisor.
