Argyll and Bute Council seeks an Infrastructure Design Manager in Lochgilphead to provide strategic and managerial leadership across the Infrastructure Design Service, overseeing civil engineering design for coastal, flood, marine, road-related and other assets. The role aims to deliver high-quality, cost-effective design, project management and asset services aligned with council priorities.
