This is an excellent opportunity to move into a team manager's role, or to build upon your current management experience. This post will lead a Building Standards team covering the geographic area of Mid Argyll, Kintyre, Islay (including Jura and Colonsay), working from Lochgilphead.

As a member of our management team, you'll participate in a range of corporate functions and work with stakeholders, colleagues and the public to protect public safety and deliver our building warrant work and non-verification work (e.g. dangerous buildings etc.).

We can provide a varied workload, flexible working arrangements, support to attain Chartered professional status and the chance to work in a service which holds the Customer Services Excellence award.
