We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of our busy school hostel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the wellbeing of students.
We would hope you can:
- Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Assist with student records, admissions paperwork, and hostel documentation
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner
- Support the hostel team with scheduling, reports, and day-to-day coordination
- Maintain accurate records and always ensure confidentiality
- Experience working in a school or hostel environment
