We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Inclusion and Equalities Team as a Health and Wellbeing Family Liaison Officer. Working closely with children, young people — including those with care experience — and their families, you will play a key role in improving wellbeing, strengthening relationships and supporting positive engagement in learning.

This is a rewarding and varied role where you will deliver evidence-based interventions, both individually and in groups, across school and community settings. You will work in partnership with families, carers and multi-agency colleagues to build trust, enhance communication and help create the conditions for children and young people to thrive. As part of a supportive and committed team, you will contribute to nurturing and inclusive approaches, help identify the right supports at home and in school, and play an important role in promoting attendance, wellbeing and attainment.

Interviews will be held w/c 15th June. Secondment possible if agreed with current line manager. This post will commence in August 2026.
