Property Services are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to manage their Mechanical building services team. Argyll and Bute is one of Scotland’s most stunning areas. The successful candidate will develop, manage and deliver efficient and effective Energy Management, Carbon Management, Water Quality Management and Mechanical Statutory Maintenance Programmes across the Council, ensuring best value is delivered to service users by providing safe, efficient, fit for purpose buildings that meet all statutory requirements with minimised utilities’ consumption.
