We have a vacancy for a Pier Operative to join our friendly team at Campbeltown Harbour.
Responsibilities:
- You will assist the Harbour Master to ensure the safe operation of harbours and piers in designated areas by carrying out duties relating to berthing, loading, unloading, mooring, parking and mustering, and ensuring all statutory requirements are met at all times.
Qualifications:
- Marine experience is beneficial.
- Good manner when dealing with the public.
- Reliable team member.
- Flexibility essential to meet exigencies of the service.
- On the job training will be provided.
- Required to travel between facilities in Mid Argyll, Kintyre & Islay.
