Business Analyst - ARB18500 in Campbeltown

Argyll and Bute Council’s Digital Services team are seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. This is a temporary post for 2 years, working 35 hours per week and is suitable for remote working but you may be based within an office in the Argyll and Bute area if you wish. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team focused on improving how customers access information and services.

The Business Analyst will assess existing processes, procedures and systems across all Council services and collaboratively identify improved ways of working, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. They will work with service teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data, map processes, support service redesign, and develop evidence-based business cases, taking a digital-first and customer-focused approach. The Business Analyst will operate across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and benefits realisation, supporting both customer support and service-led transformation initiatives.
