You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans and monitor progress in collaboration with partner agencies, supporting adults with learning disabilities.
The role requires social work experience in learning disabilities, knowledge of Adult Support and Protection, and registration with the SSSC. PVG considerations apply.
