We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring person to join our Tiree Homecare team. Prospective candidates both with experience, or looking for a new challenge, should be willing to learn new skills appropriate to the role, and relevant to helping support vulnerable people in their own homes live full and meaningful lives.
The post is based in the community, providing care in clients' homes. Prospective candidates should be enthusiastic, caring and have an understanding of the daily issues surrounding the most vulnerable people in our society. Candidates should have SVQ 2 health and social care or willingness to work towards this qualification. Candidates must agree to undertake mandatory training as advised by line manager. Candidates must be available to work flexibly within an existing rota pattern. The role is required to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting employment. Candidates are required to complete PVG application upon successful interview and job offer.
