Senior Social Care Worker

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Social Care Worker to join our team. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care and supporting both residents and care staff to ensure outstanding service.

This is a part‑time post, 7.66 hours per week to be worked on a rota basis over 3 weeks.

  • Previous experience in a care role in a care setting
  • Experience in a senior or supervisory role (preferred)
  • SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
  • A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and care regulations
  • Reliability and flexibility, including working shifts and weekends
