We would love to welcome a Social Care Worker to join our team in Tigh a Rudha.

You will work as part of our friendly team who are all dedicated to providing excellent standards of care to our residents.

You will work a 12hr shift pattern working predominantly nights however will be required to work days should you be required to.

You will promote a caring and stimulating environment within Tigh A Rudha.

You will work as part of the team to enable our residents to maintain and develop their individual lifestyles and always treat them with dignity and respect.

You will promote meaningful activities and ensure our resident’s remain integrated with their family and our local community.

You require to be kind, compassionate and understanding of others with an ability to convey empathy.

You must have good communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
