Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Occasionally open and close premises and respond to out‑of‑hours alarm activations, emergency repairs, or provide site access.
- Liaise with the police and alarm monitoring company and actively support the delivery of the Green Code Policy.
- Inspect building structures, services and grounds to determine condition and the need for repairs or renovation, complete condition reports and seek professional contractor support where appropriate.
- Manage and implement the planned preventive maintenance and repair schedule, supervise works, maintain tools and monitor stock records for fuel, maintenance supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Manage and monitor cleaning schedules and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment (full‑time post duties).
- Ensure alarms are tested and site remains secure.
- Carry out routine testing of fire alarms, maintain statutory compliance testing and servicing of all plant, equipment and machinery, keep accurate records of contractor work and ensure all work is completed safely according to company and legislative standards.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections in relation to legionella, electrical testing, fire and other relevant compliance risks; undertake relevant training and certification in relation to the role.

Salary: £10,000-£20,000 per annum (dependent upon duties)

Working Pattern
