As Ecommerce Coordinator, you\’ll take ownership of third-party marketplace activity, managing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, B&Q, and The Range. You\’ll ensure listings are optimized, pricing is competitive, and customer experience remains consistently strong. What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing listings on major online marketplaces
  • Uploading new products, optimizing content, pricing, and visuals
  • Monitoring sales performance, ROI, and campaign results
  • Working cross-functionally to manage stock availability and order flow
  • Handling customer feedback and ensuring service levels are met
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing
  • Staying up to date with marketplace policies and compliance needs

What we\’re looking for:

  • Previous experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital best practices
  • Proficient with Excel and familiar with CMS and channel management tools
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of ecommerce SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Experience in the kitchen, bathroom or home improvement space is a bonus

Location: Role can be based in either Scunthorpe or Leeds – some flexibility for hybrid working may be available.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, with benefits including:
