Are you a marketplace-savvy ecommerce professional looking for your next challenge? Were working with a well-established distributor in the home improvement sector who are looking to expand their digital presence and you could be the key to that growth.
As Ecommerce Coordinator, youll take ownership of third-party marketplace activity, managing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, B&Q, and The Range. Youll ensure listings are optimized, pricing is competitive, and customer experience remains consistently strong. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy using data to drive growth, this role offers real opportunity.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing and growing listings on major online marketplaces
- Uploading new products, optimizing content, pricing, and visuals
- Monitoring sales performance, ROI, and campaign results
- Working cross-functionally to manage stock availability and order flow
- Handling customer feedback and ensuring service levels are met
- Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing
- Staying up to date with marketplace policies and compliance needs
What were looking for:
- Previous experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay etc.)
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital best practices
- Proficient with Excel and familiar with CMS and channel management tools
- Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of ecommerce SEO and digital marketing principles
- Experience in the kitchen, bathroom or home improvement space is a bonus
Location: Role can be based in either Scunthorpe or Leeds some flexibility for hybrid working may be available.
