We are seeking a commercially focused Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the go‑to finance partner for our commercial teams, Sales and Marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Head of Revenue Operations, playing a strategic role in planning, forecasting, and driving commercial performance. Your insights and partnership will help unlock growth, fuel innovation, and ensure we deliver on our ambitious goals. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Act as the primary finance contact for Sales and Marketing, building strong relationships and providing trusted advice.
  • Partner with the CCO and Head of Revenue Operations to support and accelerate commercial transformation.
  • Lead month‑end processes for commercial functions, delivering clear, actionable analysis and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of planning and forecasting for commercial teams, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present engaging performance reports, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards to drive commercial excellence.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team on finance projects and ad‑hoc requests, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to business cases and investment appraisals for new commercial initiatives.
  • Champion process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive best‑in‑class financial operations.

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a commercial or marketing finance environment.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, information services, or data‑driven businesses is highly desirable.
  • A track record of partnering with senior commercial stakeholders, influencing decisions, and driving positive change.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex financial concepts accessible and engaging.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is advantageous.
