The Graduate Regional Marketing Executive supports the delivery of regional marketing activity across campaigns, demand generation and client engagement in Europe. This is an entry‑level role designed to build strong foundations in B2B marketing, providing hands‑on experience across campaigns, events and digital marketing channels.
Working closely with the Head of Regional Marketing Europe and teams across Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations, the role supports day‑to‑day execution of regional activity, helping ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, data is captured accurately and activity aligns with commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Regional Campaign Support
- Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns in line with sales and commercial priorities.
- Help adapt and localise global campaign content and messaging for regional markets.
- Assist with coordinating emails, landing pages, digital campaigns and channel activity.
- Support campaign planning and tracking using agreed tools and processes.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Support
- Assist with delivery of regional demand generation activity across email, paid media, social and nurture campaigns.
- Help track engagement and lead performance data to support reporting and optimisation.
- Work with Sales teams to support lead follow‑up processes and data accuracy.
- Client Engagement & Events
- Support the delivery of regional events, roundtables, forums and client engagement activity.
- Assist with coordinating invitations, event materials, on‑site marketing assets and follow‑up communications.
- Help capture client feedback, insights and learnings from regional activity.
- Operations & Reporting
- Maintain campaign trackers, calendars and reporting inputs via Monday.com.
- Support preparation of regional performance reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM and marketing systems.
- Build regional market knowledge, including customer needs and market trends.
- Graduate or entry‑level candidate (marketing degree or related subject preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Interest in marketing, campaigns and regional or international markets.
- Comfortable working with basic marketing tools, CRM systems and Excel (training provided).
- Willing to learn and able to work collaboratively within a matrixed organisation.
