You do not need extensive experience. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a willingness tolearnand an enthusiasm for solving problems. You will work alongside experienced finance and technology professionals who will provide training and support as you develop your skills.
What Will You Be Doing
Automation & Process Improvement
- Support projects that automate finance processes and reduce manual work.
- Help document existing workflows andidentifyopportunities for improvement.
- Assist in testing and deploying automation solutions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build andmaintainreports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Analysedata toidentifytrends,issuesand opportunities.
- Help improve the quality and consistency of finance data.
Technology & AI
- Learn how Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools can be applied within Finance.
- Support pilots involving Copilot, PowerAutomateand other automation technologies.
- Assistwith creating documentation and user guides.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance,Technologyand Business teams.
- Gather requirements from users and help translate them into practical solutions.
- Support training and adoption of new tools.
Skills & Experience
We'reinterested in candidates whodemonstratesome of the following:- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science,Engineeringora relateddiscipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interestin technology,automationand AI.
- Good Excel skills and an aptitude for working with data.
- Strong communicationskills and ability to work with different teams.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, SQL or similar tools is beneficial but notrequired.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
