Argus Media, a fast-growing global B2B media company, is seeking a self-motivated, results-focused, detail-oriented marketing professional. Ideal candidates are capable of working through a matrixed organization to deliver marketing programs that build brand position and produce high-quality sales leads.
Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager in Metals, the Product Marketing Executive will work alongside a team of global Product Marketing Managers to ensure marketing activities are delivered in line with set go-to-market strategies, to achieve business objectives for each sector. S/he will take ownership of different projects, working with internal stakeholders within and outside of marketing to deliver campaigns that ensure brand perception, customer acquisition, and retention goals are achieved.
What will you be doing:
- Delivering global marketing campaigns that build our brand and deliver high-quality sales leads.
- Writing compelling value proposition messaging to support global campaigns and marketing materials across multiple sectors.
- Developing and nurturing a network of internal content contributors to generate a continuous stream of high-quality content such as podcasts, webinars, and white papers for distribution across all available channels.
- Analysing campaign data reports to improve sales lead conversion rates to revenue capture.
- Collaborating and coordinating with other functional departments within marketing such as Regional, Creative, and Automation in order to project one shared marketing voice.
- Supporting new product launches and product enhancements in line with sector priorities through multichannel marketing programs.
- Supporting all aspects of Argus’ participation at key industry events to highlight thought leadership that elevates our brand in the marketplace and positions our offerings.
- Demonstrating nimble work habits whereby you seize upon fast-breaking market trends or movements to produce timely and topical marketing campaigns.
Skills and Experience:
- Campaign execution and content development experience within a B2B information or data provider; commodities industry experience a plus.
- Excellent written skills with proven ability to produce high-quality collateral, drawing on internal experts.
- Natural curiosity and interest to learn about commodity markets and price reporting agencies.
- Understanding of demand generation principles and executing go-to-market tactics across the marketing mix.
- Experience in working with marketing automation and CRM software, and knowledge of how to leverage these tools to accomplish marketing goals and deliver insights.
- Self-directed to continuously adapt to achieve strategic goals.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce quality work in a timely manner.
- Ability to build substantive internal and external relationships, working as part of a team and continuously learning.
- Excitement to solve problems from start to finish, identifying causes, recommending solutions, and implementing them.

- Project management experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably in marketing).
- Data-driven and keen to draw insight from complex marketing data to feed into marketing strategies.
- Pragmatic and good at building strong relationships across multiple teams, including with sales and content experts.
- Able to navigate a complex matrix environment involving stakeholders in various business functions.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
