We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that offers hybrid working options. This position provides the perfect balance between working from home and collaborating with colleagues on-site, offering flexibility alongside a competitive salary and bonus package. Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiations of both contractual t&c's & pricing.
  • Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Contract Management: Key strategic contract management.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.

  • Proven experience in managing contracts in the UK defence sector.
