We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to take ownership of post-contract commercial management across a portfolio of complex, international agreements. This role is focused on in-life contract performance, pricing governance, and managing contractual change to ensure commercial value is protected and enhanced.
You will act as a key commercial partner to the business, leading on pricing, contract variations, and financial impact assessment, while ensuring robust governance and compliance across the contract lifecycle.
- Own and manage the post-contract lifecycle of complex, high-value agreements, ensuring commercial integrity and compliance.
- Lead the development, review, and approval of pricing models, including assessing financial impacts of contractual changes.
- Manage contract change control processes, including drafting and negotiating Contract Change Notices (CCNs) and amendments.
- Evaluate the commercial and financial implications of scope changes, variations, and service adjustments.
- Act as the commercial lead for in-life negotiations, supporting dispute resolution and driving favourable outcomes.
- Track and manage contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities, ensuring value is maximised throughout the contract term.
- Provide commercial insight and challenge to stakeholders on pricing strategy, cost recovery, and margin optimisation.
- Work closely with operational and delivery teams to ensure contractual commitments align with service delivery and financial performance.
- Drive improvements in contract governance, change management processes, and commercial controls.
Proven experience in post-contract commercial management, including pricing and contract change in complex environments.
Strong background in pricing models, financial analysis, and commercial evaluation of contract changes.
Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in in-life contract changes and commercial dispute scenarios.
Strong financial acumen, including deep understanding of P&L, revenue recognition, and margin management.
Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear commercial insight and challenge.
