I'm currently partnering with a leading global consultancy that specialises in facilities management, workplace strategy, and project consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their growing Cost Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative consultancy environment where you'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, build long-term client relationships, and play a key role in delivering commercial excellence from project inception through to completion.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial and cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with clients, project teams, and senior stakeholders, you'll provide strategic commercial advice while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Lead cost planning, estimating, and budgeting across all project stages.
  • Prepare and manage cost plans, procurement strategies, tender documentation, and contract administration.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting, cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Provide commercial advice to clients, ensuring value for money throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage change control processes and commercial risk.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, consultants, and designers.
  • Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant within a consultancy environment.
