I'm currently working on an opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading technology and IT services organisation. This is an in-life contract management position, working across large and complex customer accounts. You'll sit within the wider Legal & Commercial function, acting as the link between commercial, operational, account management and legal teams.
- Monitoring contractual obligations and ensuring both parties deliver against agreed commitments
- Drafting and reviewing contractual and commercial documentation
- Identifying and proactively managing commercial and contractual risks
- Working closely with Account Management, Sales, Service Delivery and Legal
- Acting as a trusted advisor on contractual and commercial issues
- Supporting the commercial management of major customer accounts and protecting account profitability
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of P&L / contract profitability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and risk-management ability
- Experience working closely with Legal teams
