We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that offers hybrid working options. Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiations of both contractual terms & conditions and pricing.
  • Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Contract Management: Key strategic contract management.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing contracts in the UK public sector, ideally defence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance operational management with long-term business growth.
  • Ideally some experience within a customer facing commercial role within the defence sector.
  • Eligibility for security clearance if not already held.
