They focus on modular and offsite construction methods to design and deliver flexible facilities such as terminal expansions, passenger processing areas, and other critical infrastructure, enabling clients to scale operations quickly and efficiently.
With a strong emphasis on programme delivery, commercial performance, and minimal disruption, they support major transport and infrastructure organisations in meeting growing demand through innovative, fast-track construction solutions.
I'm working on an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a programme of large-scale infrastructure and modular construction projects. It focuses on full commercial ownership from pre-contract through to final account, including NEC3/4 contract management, cost planning, forecasting, and subcontractor management.
They're looking for someone with strong experience on high-value projects, a solid construction background (ideally infrastructure or aviation), and exposure to modular/offsite delivery, who's comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
