Procurement Specialist Hybrid Working – Bristol (3-days pw in the office) 12-Month Contract We are supporting a leading organisation within the defence and aerospace sector in the search for a Procurement Specialist to join a growing Supply Chain team on an initial 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with procurement or buying experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with stakeholders across complex programmes. Support sourcing activities and develop effective procurement strategies. Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance, quality and delivery. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Balance inventory, demand and supply requirements to support programme delivery. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with wider business objectives. Communicate supplier performance metrics and expectations. 2-4 years' experience within procurement, supply chain or buying roles. ~ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge advantageous). ~ Hybrid working arrangement.
