We are a leading software company delivering complex technology solutions to public and private sector clients. We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team and play a key role in supporting business growth while managing commercial risk.

This role sits within the wider Commercial and Legal function and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation on high-value, strategic contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft and negotiate contractual terms in line with commercial policy and business objectives
  • Provide commercial support across the full contract lifecycle, from bid through delivery
  • Monitor commercial pipeline activity and manage competing priorities in line with business strategy
  • Identify, manage and mitigate commercial risks and issues
  • Produce and maintain contract performance and reporting metrics
  • Work collaboratively with legal, finance, sales and delivery teams to ensure robust commercial outcomes
