I'm recruiting for an exciting Contracts Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing SaaS technology business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company where you'll take ownership of the full contract lifecycle, working closely with commercial and sales teams to support business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs and customer agreements
- Managing contractual risk and governance
- Supporting customer negotiations and public sector tenders
- Partnering with commercial stakeholders to support deal success
- Contributing to process improvements and wider business growth initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Previous contract management experience within SaaS, software or technology
- Strong commercial contract negotiation skills
- Experience managing contracts throughout their full lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
