Contract Specialist Hybrid – Travel to London as required £Looking to take the next step in your commercial contracts career? We're supporting a global consulting and technology organisation in the search for a Contract Specialist to join its high-performing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements, partnering with stakeholders across the business to support major technology and transformation programmes. You'll provide commercial contract support throughout the contract lifecycle, helping negotiate agreements, manage risk and enable successful project delivery. Working alongside Sales, Delivery, Procurement and Legal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring contracts are commercially robust and aligned with business objectives. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts. Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and commercial risk. Work closely with Sales, Delivery and Legal teams to support bids and ongoing client engagements. Identify contractual risks and recommend practical solutions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual requirements. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful commercial outcomes. Experience in commercial contracts, contract management or a similar commercial role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance commercial objectives and legal risk. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
