An exciting opportunity to join a leading global technology and professional services organisation, supporting high-value, complex public sector engagements across the UK and Europe. This is a broad commercial role covering the full contract lifecycle, from deal shaping, proposal support and contract negotiation through to in-life contract management, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
You will act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior business leaders and clients, managing contractual relationships, leading negotiations, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and ensuring contractual compliance across large-scale IT services contracts.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory and non-negotiable.
- Strong commercial and contract management experience within IT services, outsourcing, technology or business services environments.
- Experience managing complex, high-value contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including both pre- and post-contract activities.
- Strong negotiation, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally SC Cleared, or eligible and willing to obtain SC Clearance.
- Able to work from the London office 2–3 days per week.
