Commercial Manager Location: London plus other office locations available (occasional travel to Wiltshire – expenses covered) Job Details We’re supporting a leading technology services provider in the search for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of 2 large complex Managed Service contracts. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll play a critical part in managing complex contractual relationships, driving commercial outcomes, and navigating high-value negotiations within a regulated environment. The Role Responsibilities You’ll be the primary contracts lead on 2 managed service contracts , responsible for the in life contract lifecycle This includes: Leading complex contract negotiations and amendments Managing contract change processes and governance Handling dispute resolution and risk mitigation Acting as a key commercial partner to internal stakeholders Ensuring contractual compliance within a defence / regulated setting What We’re Looking For Proven experience in senior contract management roles MUST either have SC Clearance or be able to obtain SC clearance Strong background in negotiation and contract change Experience managing high-value, complex agreements Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders Ideally exposure to defence, government, or regulated sectors Please contact Abigail Bailey if you would like to discuss this further – Abigail.bailey@arguilesearch.com
