We're seeking an ambitious procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of indirect spend categories within a complex and innovative organisation.
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities across a broad range of indirect spend categories, including professional services, facilities, IT, marketing, and business services.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive value, efficiency, and supplier performance.
- Manage supplier selection, tendering, negotiation, and contract award processes.
- Negotiate commercial terms and supplier agreements to deliver cost savings and mitigate risk.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continued development of procurement best practices.
Proven background in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing. Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Hybrid working arrangement based from Bristol. Competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
