We're partnering with an innovative defence programme seeking a Commercial & Procurement Manager to play a key role in transforming how critical digital and technology capabilities are acquired and delivered.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading commercial activity across the full procurement and acquisition lifecycle.
  • Partnering with programme teams and senior stakeholders to develop and execute commercial strategies.
  • Delivering procurement activity that enables the rapid adoption of digital and innovative technologies.
  • Managing commercial risk, governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Driving process improvements that increase pace, efficiency, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen industrial capability, innovation, and programme outcomes.

  • Strong commercial and procurement experience within defence, the public sector, or complex regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end procurement and commercial activities.
