I'm recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing SaaS technology business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company where you'll take ownership of the full contract lifecycle, working closely with commercial and sales teams to support business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs and customer agreements
  • Managing contractual risk and governance
