We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Professional to support the mobilisation of a newly secured, multi-million-pound contract within a fast-growing scale-up SME.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure the contract is commercially and operationally ready for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial activity throughout contract mobilisation.
- Review and translate contractual obligations into practical delivery requirements.
- Establish contract management, governance and reporting processes.
- Identify and manage commercial risks, opportunities and contractual obligations.
- Support change control, variations and ongoing customer/supplier management.
- Provide pragmatic commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
About You
- Strong commercial contracts/contract management experience.
- Proven experience mobilising significant or complex contracts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME/scale-up environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Current SC Clearance essential.
- Available for 20 hours per week over 3 months.
- Able to travel occasionally to Cheshire.
- Outside IR35 | 3-month initial engagement | 20 hours per week
