Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end procurement activities across a range of direct spend categories.
- Manage supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
- Support the flow-down of customer and contractual requirements throughout the supply chain.
- Negotiate commercial terms and supplier agreements to deliver value and mitigate risk.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, quality, and delivery expectations are achieved.
- Support contract management activities throughout the supplier lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Programme teams to support business objectives.
- Experience within Defence, Aerospace, or another highly regulated engineering environment.
- Proven background in direct procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and supplier agreements.
- Good understanding of contractual flow-down requirements and supply chain compliance.
- Experience managing suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle.
