Are you a skilled Supply Chain professional ready to take on a dynamic leadership role? We’re seeking a Supply Chain Programme Lead to oversee key supply chain operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defence projects, driving excellence across procurement, supplier management, and logistics.

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the primary interface between the Programme and Supply Chain teams.
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and operational supply chain objectives.
- Overseeing supplier management, warehousing, planning, and asset management activities.
- Driving continuous improvement and contract performance to ensure programme success.
- Managing risks, opportunities, and performance reporting for the supply chain.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, ideally within dynamic, global environments.
- Skills: Proven leadership in matrix organisations, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams. SAP EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.
- Qualifications: MCIPS preferred, a university degree is advantageous.
- Desirable: Experience with UK Government contracts and active UK security clearance.
