We're looking for an experienced Subcontract Lead to join a growing team in Rochester, Kent.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end subcontract management, from requirement development to selection and negotiation
- Manage documentation, reports, and subcontractor performance against key milestones
- Negotiate contracts and resolve issues, ensuring full compliance and quality delivery
