Senior Commercial Manager
Location: Kent (Hybrid: 3–4 days on-site)
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Our client, a leading player in the aerospace and defence sector, is seeking an experienced
Commercial & Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team within a major Air division programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge international projects that shape global security and aviation excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with international stakeholders and suppliers.
- Draft, review, and manage complex contracts and commercial agreements.
- Provide strategic input on risk management, pricing strategies, and commercial governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.
- Represent the commercial team in both UK-based and overseas engagements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a commercial/contracts role within aerospace, defence, or similarly regulated industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate confidently in a matrixed, multinational environment.
- A commercially astute individual with a solid understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
