We’re looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead day-to-day procurement activity across a range of multi-million-pound contracts, special projects, and bids. This role directly supports the delivery of training and capability development for critical public services, including defence and emergency response sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading procurement and supply chain activity across multiple operational contracts and initiatives
  • Developing forward-thinking procurement strategies and securing strategic supplier agreements
  • Engaging key stakeholders to align procurement goals with operational performance
  • Creating efficient, sustainable supply chains that deliver real value
  • Managing risk, driving supplier performance, and achieving key internal KPIs
  • Acting as a senior member of operational leadership teams

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end procurement experience
  • A background in multi-stakeholder and supplier relationship management
  • Ability to build and optimise complex supply chains across diverse spend areas
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • CIPS qualification (or working towards), a full UK Driving Licence, and eligibility for Security Clearance
