We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic Facilities Management business, supporting both public and private sector clients. You’ll be part of our UK-based Central Procurement & SCM team, playing a key role in shaping commercial strategy, supplier management, and driving operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading strategic sourcing, RFX processes, supplier negotiation and mobilisation
- Driving supplier relationship management and performance reviews
- Overseeing contract management, commercial strategies, savings and benchmarking
- Supporting sustainable and ethical procurement practices (social value, diversity, modern slavery)
- Managing procurement platforms, governance, templates, and reporting tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Excel)
- Collaborating across operational, QHSE and finance functions
Qualifications:
- Proven procurement & SCM experience in the Facilities Management (FM) sector
- Strong SRM and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with knowledge of contract law/formulation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerBI & procurement platforms
- Analytical, organised, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in remote/hybrid working environments
