I’m supporting a UK defence client currently undergoing a significant growth phase and looking to engage 8 experienced Supply Chain / Procurement Managers on an initial 6-month contract.
Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite in Hampshire
Clearance: Active UK Security Clearance required
The Role: These roles will sit within established procurement teams and support a range of categories across a busy BAU environment. Responsibilities will cover the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including:
- Managing RFPs / RFQs and tender evaluations
- Supplier selection, negotiation and onboarding
- Contract award, mobilisation and in-life contract management
- Stakeholder engagement across engineering, commercial and operations
- Supporting cost, risk and delivery objectives within a regulated environment
Experience Sought:
- Proven experience in supply chain or procurement management roles
- Strong end-to-end procurement and contract management capability
- Background within defence, aerospace or similarly regulated environments (highly desirable)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced BAU setting with multiple stakeholders
Clearance: Active UK Security Clearance required
