Are you a Supply Chain leader with experience in Defence, Shipbuilding or Maritime MRO who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment?

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the development of a major new national maritime venture in Saudi Arabia as part of the Kingdom’s industrial transformation.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the set-up and growth of a world-class Supply Chain organisation. This role is ideal for someone who has operated in high-integrity, regulated engineering environments and is ready for a career-defining international move.

What You Will Lead & Deliver

You will be responsible for shaping the Supply Chain function from the ground up, including:

✅ Developing policies, processes, procedures and governance for a new SC organisation

✅ Leading Supply Chain Assurance – ensuring compliance, quality standards and audit readiness

✅ Establishing a Supplier Development & Supplier Quality framework

✅ Driving Risk Management, resilience planning and performance measurement across the supply base

✅ Implementing best-practice supplier onboarding, evaluation and performance systems

✅ Building and mentoring a high-performing local Supply Chain team

✅ Supporting localisation, capability building and long-term industrial growth programmes

This role will have a direct impact on shaping supply chain excellence for a strategically important national programme.

About You

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

🔹 Strong experience in Defence, Shipbuilding, Naval, Aerospace or Maritime MRO

🔹 Background in start-up, transformation or greenfield environments

🔹 Hands-on expertise in assurance, policy creation, supply chain quality & supplier development

🔹 Able to operate strategically and roll up your sleeves in early growth phase

🔹 Leadership capability to build, develop and mentor a new team

🔹 Credibility in working with international suppliers, regulators and senior stakeholders
