We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that will be the sole commercial person for a high tech software company facing into the defence space. This position provides the perfect balance between working from home and collaborating with colleagues on-site, offering flexibility alongside a competitive salary and bonus package. The ideal candidate would be someone they can invest in and develop through the business. This will be a hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiations of both contractual t&c\’s & pricing.
- Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Export experience would be beneficial.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.
