Our client, a leading player in the aerospace and defence sector, is seeking an experienced
Commercial & Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team within a tech led defence programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge international projects that shape global security excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with international stakeholders and suppliers.
- Draft, review, and manage complex contracts and commercial agreements.
- Provide strategic input on risk management, pricing strategies, and commercial governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables.
- Represent the commercial team in both UK-based and overseas engagements.
What We’re Looking For:
