Our client, a rapidly growing organisation operating at the intersection of defence, technology, and innovation, is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Analyst to join their expanding team.

This is a high-impact role, supporting major programmes and international operations while helping shape commercial and financial strategy across the business.

We\’re looking for a candidate who combines strong commercial acumen with robust financial expertise, particularly in the context of large, complex contracts or deals—ideally within the defence, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors.

You\’ll play a key part in driving financial planning, commercial governance, and business performance, working closely with senior stakeholders across both the German and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial financial analysis and support strategic decision-making on major deals and bids
• Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement commercial strategy and financial controls
• Provide insights into contract performance, risk, and value optimisation
• Support international growth and cross-border commercial initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal and external governance, including defence-related standards

About You:

• Strong background in commercial finance or commercial management in complex, high-value environments
• Experience working on major bids, contracts, or strategic partnerships
• Ideally from defence, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Eligible to obtain Security Clearance
