As a Customer Advisor, you'll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service at the tills, on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter, ensuring a great shopping experience.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy stock room, and restock products from deliveries.
  • Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.

Eligibility and Qualifications

  • Must be above the school‑leaver age in your country.
  • Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
  • Roles are typically part‑time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends; hours will be scheduled to fit your availability and may vary from week to week.
