Salary: £42,}, Hours: Monday to Friday Days Only (No Weekends)
Evening Cover: 1 in every 5 weeks (Driving licence required)

The Role

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and installations across a range of production equipment and plant machinery. You will work as part of a small, skilled maintenance team ensuring machinery runs efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical maintenance, fault finding,wärt and repair work on manufacturing equipment.
Carry out installations, strip downs, and rebuilds as required.
Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Support production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Participate in an evening cover rota (1 in every 5 weeks).
