This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a Monday to Friday days-based role with responsibility for site compliance, facilities management and contractor coordination.

  • Coordinate servicing and maintenance of site utilities including generators, compressors, boilers and HVAC systems.

  • Ensure all electrical testing, pressure systems inspections and lifting equipment inspections are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain compliance records and engineering documentation.
  • Support site audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Monitor building fabric and coordinate repairs where required.
  • Work closely with external contractors and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in facilities and compliance processes.
  • Assist with site projects and infrastructure improvements.
  • Ensure emergency systems, fire protection equipment and building services remain fully operational.
