Maintenance Engineer position in Wrexham with a salary of £47,200 per annum. Shifts are 4 on 4 off, covering days and nights. 28 days holiday.
Responsibilities
- Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on a range of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime.
- Perform fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure equipment operates at optimum efficiency.
- Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader and production staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Time-served or formally qualified engineer (NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC or equivalent).
- Multi-skilled, ideally with a good balance of mechanical and electrical experience.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern including days and nights.
